Jackie Kwenda is a soul singer/songwriter who is as fervent about music as she is about life. Her style infuses funky jazz and neo-soul influences absorbed from worldly experience, with classic Motown and superfly soul.

Her experience spans from large corporate events for clients such as Standard Bank,Truworths and SAB Miller to intimate weddings. On stage she is as fervent as she is serene and as charming as she is exuberant. The stage is her playground and the audience; her best friends.

Jackie’s versatilty and electric stage presence has made her a sought after vocalist. This year she joined The Swingsetters an amazing swing outfit from Cape Town. Their journey begins at the Loerie Awards Mayoral Party on the 1stof October.

A chameleon, she glides between genres with ease performing fantastic renditions of Tina Turner, Amy Winehouse and more. Whether the event is big or small Jackie Kwenda will light up the stage with passion and joy.
