One thing I am finding very frustrating in industries like ours, be it design, video production, print, web, sound... whatever, it is becoming harder and harder to sift through the wannabes and think- I-ams , to find a truly talented artist. I am in no way saying that there is a lack of talent, I know a lot of very talented folk, there just seems to be an influx of people who are either completely delusional about what they produce, or are just plain taking a chance. Of these categories the latter is, in my opinion the most harmful to our industry.
