Josh and Christian have been playing together since the beginning of 2009.They first met in 2006 at a music school in Johannesburg.

After both moving to pretoria for different opportunities they started playing guitar together regularly.

Joshua has been playing guitar since the year 2000 and Chritian has been playing since 2002.Joshua is currently studying jazz at pretoria tech and christian is currently studying archeology at the university of pretoria.

after writing songs and finding a name they hit the road and travelled up the coast stopping and playing wherever there was an opportunity.

It's been three years since RJ Benjamin released his ground breaking album, Who I Am. It was an album that defined South African neo soul and took the local R&B sound to the next level. As a writer and a producer RJ Benjamin became the most wanted and hottest property in the country. He also developed a cult following among music fans.

Jean Claude was born in Johannesburg 20 years ago. When still very young he moved to Italy and lived on Ischia an island off the Italian coast near Naples.

Jean Claude was introduced to music from a very early age. He was brought up in a home that was never without music. His mother and father are both well respected professional musicians and they brought into his life a broad range of musical influences.

From the seething metropolis of Johannesburg comes a 5 piece sonic experience like no other. The Gents Of Leisure combine filthy funk sexiness, rock 'n roll swagger and a healthy dose of pure awesome into a unique and thoroughly enjoyable sound that they call 'Loungecore'. Comprised of members of such renowned and diverse acts as Undersound, New Academics and The Awakening, The Gents Of Leisure have the knowledge and experience to rock any party and leave the crowd screaming for more.

Black South Easter is a collective of four like minded musicians who play a soulful blend of progressive Afro-fusion. They describe their sound as incorporating elements of afro-soul,dubrock,dance and reggae, with influences ranging from Miriam Makeba, Radiohead, Tannanas, Busi Mhlongo and The Police. Vocalist Nhoza Sitsholwana,24,is from King Williams town and started her career as a backing singer for Simphiwe Dana. Sitsholwana then moved to Cape Town where she played with various projects before teaming up with Dan Boshoff to form Black South Easter. Nhoza cites learning to work under pressure and being spiritual and pure as Simphiwes biggest influences.

Mix n Blend are 3 individuals who like to play with sound in all its forms, all the time, whether it be designing sonics for TV and radio or composing new material to play out live at at various festivals around the country.

We're located on the tip of Africa, where there used to be a lot of dragons on sea maps a couple of hundred years ago. Now there aren't any, and where we are, in Cape Town, all the Lion and wildebeest have now disappeared too.

The band has a really strong musical talent. 

We write our own lyrics and music and stay true to the style we enjoy playing the most.

Straight out of the southern suburbs of Cape Town comes Fox Comet, a melodic funk-rock band with a new-wave urban edge that will rock your fox-socks off.

The band, Stephane Corneloup, Nick Catto, Kyle Gray and Rob Coutts, began rocking together in Feb 2009 and have quickly made a name for themselves in the local Cape Town scene.
