Naledi

Spend a few hours in her company, and
you’ll know this about Naledi King: she really could do anything.

Already she has taken on a
head-spinning array of challenges since she left school, including
building up a hair-braiding business that became the first
port-of-call for models, stylists, photographers and others working
in the Joburg fashion industry in the early 2000s. She has also
modeled herself, making a brief, but memorable, appearance in the
high-profile Sun International commercial featuring Charlize Theron.

OUT OF A REFUGEE CAMP IN MANZINI SWAZILAND ON FEBRUARY 25, 1987 ZAKHELE
MOLEFE KHUMALO WAS BROUGHT INTO THE WORLD WITH THE ODDS NOT IN HIS
FAVOR. HIS PARENTS BEING POLITICAL REFUGEES FROM SOUTH AFRICA, THEY
ESCAPED THE APARTHEID LEAVING BEHIND THEIR HOME, THEIR FAMILY AND
FRIENDS. ZAKHELE AND HIS FAMILY MOVED TO CANADA IN HOPES OF A POTENTIAL
BETTER FUTURE. ZAKHELE GREW INTO AN ACTIVE ATHLETE PARTAKING IN SEVERAL
SPORTS, EXCELLING IN HOCKEY, BASKETBALL AND SOCCER. ZAKHELE’S PASSION
FOR MUSIC GREW WITH AGE. THROUGH NUMEROUS MUSICAL PERFORMANCES AT HIS
HIGHSCHOOL, LOCAL CHARITY EVENTS AND SMALL CONCERTS ZAKHELES THRIVE FOR
MUSIC SPARKED AN INTEREST IN INVESTING MORE TIME AND EFFORT INTO HIS
INATE TALENT FOR MUSIC.UPON GRADUATION FROM HIGHSCHOOL, ZAKHELE

I'm a session musician and piano teacher.  I'm involved in various music genres and bands but my main type of music is easy listening, light jazz, contemporary type of music.  I plaly at functions, weddings, parties and other events.

I've completed my classical UNISA grade8 in piano, as well as Trinity's Performers' Certificate.  As pianist I specialize in contemporary and jazz music.  I am also 'n session studio vocalist and keyboardist in various genres, I also write songs and compose & arrange music.
