We set up events and book thousands of bands and entertainers all over the country.

We offer a comprehensive artist or band booking service including all related travel and accommodation should you require it.

Overtone provides bands for a wide range of events and offers entertainment of all genres, styles to fit our client's budget limitations.

Overtone has booked top end entertainment superstars, classical quartets, solo musicians as well as cover bands that perform all the classics

The Overtone Artist Bookings service operates both nationally in South Africa and internationally via our new office in London.

To book your preferred artists or to have Overtone source you a selection of artists for your event simply contact us.

How to book a band.

To book one or more of our listed artists simply send a quick email to bookings@overtone.co.za or give us a call.

We will send you back our booking requirements form which enables us to get you a quick quotation or an artist availability response.

Due to the high volume of requests Overtone receives we require you to compete and return this booking requirements for in order for us to continue with your booking.

* We do not unfortunately give out performance quotations over the phone.

If you are not sure which band you would like to book or would like to look at a range of potential artists we can offer you an entertainment consultation. One of our industry specialists will set up a meeting with you and will provide you with a range of options to suit you budget and event requirements.

How much does it cost.

Band performance rates can range from a couple of thousand rand to hundreds of thousands of rand. It all depends on the popularity of the act.

Overtone will ensure that your investment is secure.

We ensure you get the best rates and that your booking goes off without a hitch. We provide back up entertainment options should the artist be suddenly unavailable for the performance.

We handle all performance contracts and ensure that our artists get paid efficiently.

Overtone charges a standard nominal admin fee for any band booking request that is processed. This admin fee is deducted from the end booking fee should your booking be successful.

Overtone charges an admin fee to ensure that we are only dealing with clients who actually want to book an artist and to ensure that our time is covered each time we start the booking process.

Please only contact us if you are serious about booking an entertainer.

Our admin fee also ensures that we don't constantly bother our artists with requests that fall through from the clients side for one reason or another.

Overtone adds a minimal 15% commission onto any band booking that we process.
