The Vodacom Live Music Awards is the biggest battle of the bands in the country. There have been 5 prelims and 16 of the Eastern Cape’s top artists are battling it out for their share of R40 000 and a weeks recording at Sony BMG in JHB. In other words, more than one reason to check out the fierce competition that is local music.

Judges for the finals taking place at the Old Selbornian in East London this weekend the 10th May include Dave Thompson (Idols fame) and Hagen Engler (editor of FHM) amongst others.
