On the 28th and 29th of January 2012 we will be hosting the Midsummer Festival of Enchantment. We are looking for entertainers (preferably muscians and outdoor performers) who are willing to perform simply to gain experiance and exposure, and to enjoy the weekend. The event is outdoors, laid back, with an very earthy feel. You will have free entrance to the event for each member + 2 as well as a overnight camping space for 2.

Spend the night in a tent on Craig's Campsite or just drive home, only 20mins from Hermanus. Or... STAY UP ALL NIGHT AND DANCE! It's new year :)

R50 gets you in, young kids free. Ticket sales go to paying the bands, this is a non profit event!

Sterkfontein Heritage Lodge is a quaint 3 star Country House Hotel situated at the top of King’s Kloof, Krugersdorp, with one of the finest yet most undiscovered views in Gauteng, the panorama of the Sterkfontein valley overlooking the Cradle of Humankind. We at Sterkfontein Heritage Lodge in partnership with Moledie Music Productions would like to invite you to join us on Heritage Day 24th September for a Jazz Concert, as we celebrate our heritage through the universal language of music. Featuring performances by local musicians Jean Zenan and The MMP Jazz Band as well as a guest performance by Citie Seetso, The Ambassador of Jazz from Botswana.

The event will take place at our premises in Rant en Dal Krugersdorp, from 16h00 till late. There will be an entrance fee of R100 at the gate and includes a welcome drink on arrival. Bring your own picnic basket with something to eat or alternatively you could order from our menu. Please note that no alcohol purchased elsewhere will be allowed on the premises. ESP will be presenting TRANCE FUSION 2 next Tues, 17 May, ahead of national election holiday. Following fans giving the first TRANCE FUSION party the thumbs up last month, this night promises to deliver a fusion of progressive-psy-trance dance floor mash-ups with vigour.

Due to popular demand, long-time ESP regular Dizzy will be teaming up with Groove Element (DJ Morne) once again, for a marathon 4-hour, 1-on-1 set exploring new frontiers in trance. Brothers Underground will appear at ESP for the first time ever as part of TRANCE FUSION 2; while James Damian returns to show why Trance Fusion is now a force to be reckoned with.

Dean John Athienides aka Dizzy has been cementing his reputation for the past 21 years, and is considered to be one of South Africa’s most successful and talented dance DJs. Dizzy has played residencies in over 100 night clubs in his career, including all the top dance events ever since the inception of contemporary dance music culture. Dizzy is renowned for his versatility, as he is able to play a wide range of music: from progressive Electro House to Trance with a few diversions thrown in to make the dancefloor thump all night long.

Groove Element (aka DJ Morne) needs no introduction to the clubbing scene in SA and has firmly established himself as one of the top DJs in Jo’burg and beyond. Morne launched his status early on, becoming known as a fresh new talent, and has since also proven his musical genius with spellbinding performances, which firmly puts him in a party league of his own. Morne has been entertaining us from behind the decks (and as producer) for the last 14 years, and continues to deliver with his diverse selection of blissful, cutting-edge music.

This special ESP event also includes the 2nd House Floor in the “Horse Shoe” Bar – where the legendary ESP Morning Sessions have over the years become a healthy institution for many. Special guest Nigel H (Dublin) joins the ESP residents Ben Rafferty, Stuart Hillary, DJ Amanda and Dave Skinz (plus a few surprise guests) - to keep a wide variety of house beats rocking on the 2nd floor.

TRANCE FUSION 2 promises a true “Superior Clubbing” experience, as Brothers Underground make their debut at ESP. Sibling rivalry can be a bitch sometimes… but not in the case of Corne and Tinus Strydom, as these two brothers are not half as serious as their name would lead you to believe. What you can expect to hear from them is a melting pot of genres, ranging from deep Tech House right through to Techno; and this is what gives their sets a raw and interesting flow. They have been at the decks for over a decade, but it’s only since 2006 that they’ve decided to join forces - while Corne plays more on the Housier tip and Tinus loves the Techno side, Brothers Underground manage to blend their live sets together like yin and yang...

James Damian has music in his blood, ambition and a rare talent; this African powerhouse aims to create and forge his own individual style in the heady world of the dance biz. Right from the start, he took the music industry by the horns and has successfully managed to make a name for himself. His first public performance saw him as a guest at Derek The Bandits' Sound Republic party. Slightly raw but eager he left his mark and was offered a residency at one of the original "all weekend" clubs in Johannesburg, Sunnyside Up. He has also been one of the top resident DJs at South Africa's longest running and most successful club: ESP.
