Bloemendal Wynhuis

Bloemendal Wynhuis Restaurant caters for all types of functions. We have a seating capacity of 135 but are able to accommodate up to 180.

Function Hours
18h00 to 00h00, 7 days a week. A hourly surcharge will be charged after function hours.

Décor
Any décor will be arranged set up and removed at your own cost and Bloemendal Wynhuis will not take any responsibility for any loss or damage caused.

Venue Hire
The full venue hire fee will secure your booking one-month prior to function. Full payment is required one week prior to function and any further payments on day of function.

A venue hire fee will be charged for 30 people and more with an option of an exclusivity fee to secure exclusivity of the venue for the function. The venue hire fee excluding the exclusivity fee will only accommodate you privately but not exclusively to the venue. No live music will be permitted if the exclusivity fee is not included.

Bar Facilities
Fully Stocked bar facilities are available. Prior arrangements with management for any special requests. A corkage fee will be charged on all bottles brought onto the facility.

A 10% service charge will be added to the total food and beverage bill.

Cancellation Policy
Should the function be cancelled within one month or less, the full venue hire fee will be forfeited. You will be liable for 50% of the total bill should the function be cancelled seven days prior to the event.
