How to book a band.

To book any of our listed artists simply upgrade your account online to 'Direct Bookings' . Once you have upgraded you can access all listed management and technical details on any listing page.

If you would rather have Overtone manage your entertainment for you simply complete the bookings form an one of our agents will contact you for a consultation.

Once we have all your Event details we will innitiate the booking process and send you though availability and quotations.

Due to the high volume of requests Overtone receives we require you to compete this online booking requirements form before we can continue with your booking.

* We do not unfortunately give out performance quotations over the phone.

* Please only contact us if you have confirmed your event date and require our entertainment services. We dont quote on speculation.

Overtones entertainment consultation does require an upfront deposit payment of R350 which is 100% refundable on completion of your successfull booking or event.

One of our industry specialists will set up a meeting with you and will provide you with a range of options to suit you budget and event requirements.
